Welcome to Contentlynk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Contentlynk platform at contentlynk.com, operated by Havana Elephant Brand ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Split, Croatia.
By creating an account or using Contentlynk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years of age to use Contentlynk
- •You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- •One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
2. The Platform
Contentlynk is a creator-first social platform where users can create and share content, engage with other creators, and earn $HVNA tokens based on the quality of their engagement.
- •The platform is currently in beta and features may change without notice
- •We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time
- •We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Contentlynk. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
You agree not to post content that:
- •Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- •Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing
- •Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
- •Violates any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach these rules.
4. Earnings and $HVNA Tokens
- •Creators earn $HVNA tokens based on a Quality Score derived from engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
- •Revenue share percentages (55-75%) vary by creator tier and are subject to change during the beta period
- •Token distributions are processed on the Base Network (Ethereum Layer 2) and are subject to blockchain transaction times
- •The value of $HVNA tokens may fluctuate — we make no guarantees regarding token value or future earnings
- •You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings
5. Anti-Gaming and Fair Use
To ensure fair compensation for all creators, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- •Creating fake accounts or using bots to inflate engagement
- •Coordinating with others to artificially boost likes, comments, or shares
- •Using automated tools or scripts to interact with the platform
- •Any form of engagement manipulation designed to game the earnings algorithm
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings, and permanent ban from the platform.
6. Web3 and Blockchain
- •Connecting a Web3 wallet is optional but required to receive $HVNA token distributions
- •You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys — we cannot recover lost wallets
- •Blockchain transactions are irreversible — once tokens are sent to your wallet, they cannot be recalled
- •Wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data are publicly visible by nature of blockchain technology
- •We are not responsible for any losses resulting from wallet compromise, incorrect addresses, or blockchain network issues
7. Intellectual Property
- •The Contentlynk name, logo, and branding are the property of Havana Elephant Brand
- •The platform software, design, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws
- •You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
- •Your content remains yours — we do not claim ownership of user-generated content
8. Account Termination
- •You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@contentlynk.com
- •We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
- •Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
- •Any pending or unclaimed $HVNA token earnings may be forfeited upon termination for Terms violations
- •Blockchain transaction records will persist even after account deletion due to the immutable nature of the blockchain
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •Contentlynk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
- •We are not liable for losses resulting from cryptocurrency value fluctuations, blockchain network failures, or wallet security breaches
- •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of $HVNA tokens you have earned in the preceding 12 months
10. Dispute Resolution
- •These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia
- •Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via hello@contentlynk.com
- •If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Split, Croatia
- •EU residents retain the right to bring claims in their local courts as permitted under EU consumer protection law
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or a platform notification. Continued use of Contentlynk after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
